The car I drive is a 1995 Fed Spec Base 3000GT. I am taking this car to new heights at the expense of my bank account lol. I've done a few refurbish things on the exterior and interior while working on my TT conversion. I took about 5-6 months to gather all the information I needed and the list of all the parts I would need due to the fact that the usual lists, while good guides, are incomplete. Over the next few weeks, I will be keeping you all informed as I undertake this rather daunting task haha. I will be using some custom turbos that I had built. To my knowledge, they have never been run before especially on a 10:1 FWD-TT so it will be interesting to see what kind of numbers these things put out coupled with the mod list in my sig. They are 13T compressor wheels inside DSM Turbo Compressor Housings coupled to a 9B Exhaust wheels in 9B Exhaust housings. They are fully rebuilt and thus have all brand new internals. I came up with the terminology H13TD9 to describe them (Hybrid 13T in DSM housing with 9B in 9B housing). They should be fully spooled around 2600rpms and should make alot of power. We'll see when we get there...I will definitely be posting results from my dyno time when it is all up and running. I should be up and running by June 11th at the latest so I will have some finished pics then. I have everything right now except my sexy new turbos which should be coming in about a week or two. Until then, here are a few pics of some of my parts:

Painted 1G DSM BOV:

1G DSM BOV w/ adapter setup, Painted Maximal F+R Solids, and Mitsu misc bolts etc.:

Walbro Install Kit and Hotwire Kit:

ProSport Mech. Boost Gauge and Oil Pressure Gauge:

AEM UEGO WideBand:

Gauge Pod:

Datalogger Setup:

3" 30 Degree Mandrel Bend and ASPEC 3"Inlet 4.25" Outlet Muffler

Custom Painted Intake Manifold and How I JBStick'd it to get rid of EGR:

That's all for now I guess. Most of the rest of the stuff is just stock parts which we all have seen plenty of times before. I will snap some shots of my clutch and SAFC2 etc when they get in. Stay tuned to this channel for all the news on my project lol. Thanks for looking.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I am going to be installing it all in a weekend with my bro...I've taken all precautions to make sure that I am not missing any parts that I would have to wait on but I will prob have a misc part that I missed even tho I tried to remember everything haha.

Is there a reason you went with a hybrid turbo that has smaller exhuast housings then the traditional 13t turbos (im assuming 9b exhuast housing is smaller then the 13t). Dont you think thatll be more of a restriction then benifit?

Yes. The 9B exhaust housing is slightly smaller than the 13T housing. I MAY(will have to wait on the dyno to find out) be sacrificing a little top end power for a turbo that will have virtually no lag whatsoever. The good thing is that My turbos will be fully spooled wherever I am in the power band giving me a totally streetable setup(besides the taction issues with FWD lol). Also, going this route will enable me to use all the stock lines and bolts etc. Only thing I have to do is use a High Temp Silicone Reducer (1.5"/2") to hook up my rear turbo IC piping to the rear Turbo and lengthen the front turbo IC piping a bit. We will see how these babies work out. I know with an 8:1 or 8.5:1 compression ratio I would def be able to see 470+fwhp with these on pump. We will see how much I make on these at 10psi w/all my mods before I get my 550 or 560cc injectors to enable me to run 12-13psi on 93 pump. I will be carefully tuning this beast to make the most of this setup with my SAFC2, WB, MBC, Datalogger, and Blacktop 450's. Dang I can't wait lol

I took out the price of the custom turbos because I know Aaron doesn't want to do anything more with TDO4's and the price is so good for these fully rebuilt fully custom turbos that people would be hitting him up all the time for them. I got a good deal cuz I am his friend.

UPDATE 1 - (5/24/07):

OK Here's the first update. It isn't too big of one I guess. My new Clutch came today. It is an XTD Stage 4 Racing Clutch. It is capable of holding 505lb-ft of torque which should be plenty to hold on to what I am going to putting out lol. So yea, everything is coming together and that is one less thing that I have to worry about in the mail. Well here is a pic of it:

Haha. I will have more soon. Peace
