Ok, I just got the new cross drilled/slotted rotors installed on the front of my car. I'm running good metallic pads, so I know my sensors aren't sounding, but I've noticed a high pitched whistle coming from the front of my car, when I'm coming into a turn, and apply the brakes.

I have no prior experience with this type of rotor, is this normal??

Normal pad break-in is 100-200 miles, also because you have x-drilled rotors.......... I say drive around for a while and see whether they quiet down, also......... check if any metallic parts are rubbing against the rotors when they are turning.....
