missing NDD motorsports order

Has anyone had success contacting NDD motorsports lately? I ordered one of their 3-piece front tubular cross members over a month ago and haven't received it or been able to contact them.

They have a history of being pretty slow at getting orders out as well as spotty response. They take on too much work at times. You can keep trying their phone and e-mail. I know they go through their phone messages just not every day. Some had success calling every day until they finally got someone to answer.
I ordered a pair of tubular frames December 2021... still waiting on them. They get back to me about twice every 3 months on average. They are VERY slow and not great at communicating... and they take on way more work than they can handle, and I think tend to take care of the "important", high paying, or influential people first.
December 2021?! That's beyond unacceptable

I try not to comment negatively on business's... however all i will say is that place will never get any business from me again
I’ve never understood businesses that fail to deliver because they have too much work. No matter what you do, If you can’t keep up with demand, you need to charge more. Plain and simple. But then again, there are some people that are too disorganized to keep up with even one customer. Not much you can do about those.

My subframe took 11 months to be finished. Probably longer if I didn't push him. He needs to hire more people or stop taking orders.
I hesitate to push too much because I don't want them rushing it and cutting corners because they're trying to get me off their back

1.5 years would not be rushing at this point. Dont be like me and be too nice or patient. Start pushing.

So my order supposedly shipped, but the tracking just says "label created" so we'll see...
I ordered the 3-piece crossmember december 2022 as a christmas present to myself, with intentions or ordering both subframes if the quality was good. After giving them an ultimatum of either giving me a refund or send the part, they provided me with a tracking number. I had been in contact with them at least once a week starting in March asking about the order. Once a week, for 6 weeks I got the same answer "all our orders are shipping out friday" or "sorry were moving in between shops right now". Alas, the tracking number provided on April 28th still says only the label has been created and nothing has been picked up yet by UPS. Today I called PNC (my bank) and put in a claim for a return of funds due to seller negligence. Im not messing around with these shops who give insane lead times and have shitty communication skills ANYMORE. Either be straight up with me and say "we havent gotten to your order yet", or "we dont have the man power/materials". Nope they all give you the run around/same answer every time you ask. It amazes me how some of these guys get into business at all. Running a business and being good at your craft are 2 totally different things and 90% of these shops dont know shit about people skills.

Preach it brother lol. It really is pretty sad Nate but it happens all too often on platforms that don’t have a whole lot of support. It is starting to get better though for the customer base as far as people being able to spend good money on stuff. I’m try to design and bring back more products. I get a number of custom requests as well. I have considered doing some suspension/subframe stuff in the future but will have to wait until I have more space, can get setup with some powder coating, and so forth but it isn’t out of the question.

be nice if 3sx had a subframe like this one. the tubular one
If 3sx was selling it I wouldnt have even put the order in. I have a 40k receipt from when they built my engine and a bunch of other work, showing that I paid for the high rev valve kit for the heads. When we went to tear down the engine 8 months later due to Matt not knowing a fucking thing about building engines, Hans actually pointed out that I in fact DID NOT have anything but OEM internals in my heads. I addressed this with 3sx and they had the audacity to say to me "we under new management" "we cant help with old builds". Mind you, they built it in 2020, i drove the car around for 8 months before the piston rings they installed failed because the bore was larger than the fucking pistons they installed. F 3SX, and any other company who treats their customers like that. Ill never give them my business again and I make it a point to tell EVERYONE that there are other options out there than those peices of crap down at 3sx.

everything ive ever ordered from you was ON TIME and you responded HONESTLY EVERY TIME. Could only wish everyone had that kind of care.

Thanks! I don’t think my 3S addiction is going anywhere anytime soon lol. Ray is building me another motor and I’m looking into investing in some bigger equipment. It should all help out with product development. That really sucks about the engine with 3SX. I would be sick to my stomach and furious as well.
