I put the DR500 turbos in my car and the oil return lines seem to be leaking at the turbo and oil pan. I had used gaskets included with an engine gasket set I got from Ground Zero Performance (Hans).
I tried re-torquing the bolts but they still leak.
Is there a particular gasket for oil lines that you guys like that do not leak?

I usually apply a very light layer of black RTV e.g. Permatex on the gaskets and torque to spec - leak free! Surfaces should be clean everywhere. Also, it is easier to get onto the pan without the turbos fully torqued to manifolds, otherwise, you risk smearing the RTV; factory returns have some wiggle room but can still be troublesome to line up.

yeah, I don't recall any RTV being on the stock gaskets or mentioned in the service manual. I was a bit nervous about a glob plugging up the drain, but i guess it would be ok if it were a very light layer.

You sure it's not the bolts leaking? The bolts need a sealer on the threads or they'll leak. If not then use oem gaskets they're cheap enough.
