At least have a good read of this site and know what you're asking for:
chromedecu.org
Plenty more info on here as well. I had been looking for a replacement ECU for a few months, and finally gave in and bought Chrome from 3SX. Good luck, and hope you're able to find someone selling, but honestly ECUs seem to be in high demand right now. Going Chrome gives you future potential (for tuning/logging), and if nothing else, piece of mind that you're now running a new ECU so that potential ECU issues comes out of the equation.
I just received and installed mine yesterday, more testing to follow but seem to have solved at least part if not all of my main issues!

Also no longer having to 'wonder' if the ECU capacitors are going bad etc... so I am very happy with that! Time/further testing will tell, but happy so far.
Bite the bullet and get one new, worth the jump if you plan on investing/maintaining your car in the long term.. my opinion anyway!
