Hey everyone, relatively new to this forum and trying to figure out why my Idle Control Valve seems to be different than any other Valves I find online. I have a 1991 Dodge Stealth. Any help or links would be greatly appreciated. Having a rough idle pretty frequently unless I accelerate so I am assuming this is the culprit.

That seems to be a pretty nice picture of your throttle position sensor.
The ICS is a bit lower, beneath the throttle body. Take the intake hose off and it'll be right there.

I was very dumb for getting these parts confused. So it is down there although I do have the original tan Stepper Motor. Would I still be able to replace the whole unit with one of these motors?

Looking through this page it looks like the slot would be compatible and I already tested and the plug fits.

I don't know anything about that brand, but the ONE review it has says it didn't work in a 3000gt.........
Defective ICS CAN damage your ECU. Cheap Chinezium parts may not be the best choice here.

The one most of us use (including myself) is this Standard Motor parts AC99:

I see Amazon has it for a lot less but beware of counterfeits on Amazon. The pictures look a little rough to me and several reviews complain of quick failure.
I'm suspicious, I'd be cautious with that one.

Have you seen the Sticky about idle problems in the Turbo section?
Most of it applies to N/As as well. Worth a read before buying anything....

Okay thank you very much for the information. I will read through that. My idle is rough but once accelerating it runs fine. Likewise, I found out if I turn my temp unit on then the idle issues seem to be far worse. Not sure if that points to any specific solutions as well.

That does kind of point to the ISC. When the AC turns on the ISC should bump the idle up.
If you have the defroster set ( the defroster turns the AC on ) when you turn the heat on and the idle goes down then yeah, classic ISC symptom.
You should ohm out the coils on your ISC as soon as possible to avoid damaging your ECU.

Okay so I swapped out the part with the one you linked me to and it definitely seemed to smooth out most of my issues. The idle still isn’t perfect but I was only able to temporarily check it after as I had to leave the house in a different vehicle. Would I have to adjust the idle screw at all or will the ece manually adjust the idle as right now it seems like it’s a little bit high sometimes now. Should I take it for a drive and see if that smooths everything out?
