Well, I made a batch of these this morning. Words cannot describe how fucking good these are. If anyone else makes some, be sure to half all the ingredients listed, otherwise, your going to have a shit ton of cinnamon buns. I halved everything, and got 11 buns out of the dough.

Well I am going to attempt to make these for breakfast. I will update yall with the results... Then for dinner I am going to make the "Bacon Explosion."

I figure I will have it with a side of heart attack with a automatic defibrillator garnish ;)

I have made this recipe every Christmas since you first posted this, it has become a family tradition. Thanks for sharing it and I'm interested in seeing how you modified it.

Looking back at it I guess I haven't really modified it that much

*Dough*

2 cups milk
4 eggs and a yolk
2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
9 to 10 cups all purpose flour depending on how wet the dough is. It should be tacky but not soupy
2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1/2 ounce yeast

*Filling*

2 cup brown sugar, packed
6 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
Raisins if you want them

*Icing*

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, soft
2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Orange zest

I usually double up on the frosting ingredients cause I have no self control
