I have a 1991 Dodge stealth N/A. And I'm changing my sparkplugs so I have the intake manifold off and i tought i could delete the egr at the same time so how do I do it correctly?

It's pretty simple. Remove the EGR and EGR tube, Install the block off plates, then plug the vacuum lines that were connected to it with whatever you can find that won't leak.
