Need help deciding on the following BOV's
HKS sequential
Apex
Blitz

If you know about or have one of the mentioned please let me know what you think? Any advantages over the others? How loud is the blitz(I've heard it's loud), and is it a weird sound? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks alot!!

ONLY the Greddy Type-S 3000GT kit is the correct way to go!! The others mentioned are a "blow to atm" type valve, and the MAF system NEEDS a closed system. If you open the system you are looking at dieing problems, and a slower car, due the the MAF fuel calc. being off due to the air that got blown out into the ATM. The ECU takes into account all the air that was drawn into the intake and makes a fuling calculation based on this airflow, now if you shift and release X amount of Cu ft. of air, that the ECU "thought" was there and is no longer there, you now have a "quick rich" condition which slows you down into the next gear. The "blow to ATM" BOV's are fine for speed density cars that don't use MAF meters. On sound, the Greddy sounds awesome!! even with a closed system!! you can hear the "pop" through the filter!
