Headlight conversion

I know theres a few topics on the board about H4 headlight conversions, but I've been unable to piece together exactly what I need to do the conversion. From what I understand, everyone tells me to get the casing from http://www.autooptiks.com but what watt bulb should I be getting, and what is the best brand that won't blow out and will look the nicest? Also, are there any other parts necessary to do this conversion, and what's a general figure as to how much everything should cost? Thanks

hey good thing I saw this post.
I just did this conversion a month ago.

Autooptiks is great..they had it shipped to me real quick.

There is 2 to chose from..chose the one that doesn't have "w/ CL"
then for bulbs I got the H4 90/130 I believe maybe 90/100.
Everything ended up costing 80 bucks. It was very simple to change the lights out and to me was well worth it I will have a pic in a few minutes in the General Forum.
