Nope, idles fine and there is still a little over 1/4" of thread showing on the top of the BOV. Probably almost 1/3" or so. I would suggest resetting your ECU after you do the change. It will idle rough (and possibly stall) at first, but then the ECU will learn and be okay. I don't stall and the car runs very well.
