I take it your talking about the austin person? His post should really be two...one stating his cars times and one in review of the shop.

getting tired of this
I getting tired of paying for sponsorship when clearly you can advertise a shop without paying. I keep seeing shop names is avatars and sigs and I'm not happy about it. if they can do that, then why am I paying? Every post by a few select people are basically full on ads of non-supporting vendors.

It wasnt necessarily pointed at him... but that is a good example. He works at that shop, so the "two threads" point is a bit silly- because a self-written review isn't all that helpful. I dont care about competing shops, there is enough work to go around, but I pay for advertising and I will make a bit of a stink if I feel I am getting ripped off, which clearly all of the vendors are if we dont have to pay to advertise. Sponsorship isnt incredibly expensive, but it is an expense I expect all shops to pay if they advertise here, just like the rest of us.I take it your talking about the austin person?
