Fuel system, ARCII & FMIC

Do you guys think it's a good idea to upgrade my IC and Fuel system ? and run 17psi ? can't enjoy the 14psi at the moment only 11psi max

So I was thinking of doing a full upgrade on my fuel system lines, rails, injectors etc... and add a FMIC too.
