Just rub it in why don't you?
You can always use it in the sand if you ever feel like taking your car on the beach.
Maybe I've lived in Cali too long but what the hell is that? Does it go over the tires like a rubber band?
It slides between the tire and the ground. Doesn't attach in anyway. Provides kick butt traction however!
