I was working on attaching the throttle body to the intake plenum today and realized I can’t find where both hoses from the FIAV go to the thermostat housing. I took pictures to show but it’s definitely hard to see. I have looked from every angle and cannot find where the second hose goes to, I only have one opening which I attached to the thermostat housing for one of the pics which leaves 0 obvious nipples to attach the remaining FIAV nipple. Let me know what you guys think, this is my first time attaching them all so maybe i’m just missing it or looking in the wrong location. thanks in advance.

I think there's a generational difference or some kind of different coolant necks, some don't have the FIAV barbs. The one in my '92 Stealth doesn't so I looped the FIAV line.

Did you have that one installed before, or is it a replacement?

Oh wow, I must not have the correct thermostat housing? I don’t have that nipple. Thank you for this diagram

I am rebuilding the engine, I purchased the car already half way through disassembly. It is a 95’ with a 92’ tt engine so I can see how this could happen. Would it be best to just get a FIAV block off plate and just cap the openings? I have both turbo coolant lines attached and one remaining nipple from the thermostat housing, would anything go wrong doing that?

Are my options blocking off the fiav or getting a new t housing? wouldn’t really want to disassemble all of that but I also got my throttle body rebuilt so I know the fiav is working and I would like it use it if possible.
