To be honest, I think you're doing quite well.
1: Alternator/ AC belt tensioner (located down by the A/C pump)
2: Rear turbo oil feed line mounting bracket
3: Power steering pump tensioner, bolts on next to the power steering pump
4: Power transistor, bolts on to the thermostat housing side of the front head.
5: Looks like the rear engine mount bracket which sticks on to the firewall side of the block by the bell housing
6: Top engine mount bracket located on the cam belt side of the engine.
7: Fucked if I know, throw it over you shoulder while no one is looking
8: Intake plenum monuting bracket
9: Lower intake manifold support bracket thing. Goes between the water pump and intake manifold
10: One of the bell housing brackets. Goes between the block and the bell housing. There's one on the front and one on the back.
11: Looks like a plenum mounting bracket
12: Power steering pump mounting bracket
13: Another bell housing bracket - maybe the front one. The other bit stuck to it might be the front turbo support bracket maybe.

#7 is the OFH (oil filter housing) to block support bracket

#13 attaches to the block with #10; rear O2 housing/pre-cat has a small stud at the bottom that passes through a small hole in it (fastened for support)

Yes, the PTU goes in that general location.

This picture has both of those brackets and the rear coolant lines shown.

Yes, that bracket just holds a "guide" for routing the fuel lines...

Most the of the answers to your questions can be found on many of the online resources for these cars. I hate to be that guy, but you need to do more searching before asking - 17 or not.

Wherein really trying man I really do apologize I’ve tried researching and haven’t stopped I’m just struggling to find diagrams, photos and videos I need I’ve found everything by researching besides this one bracket cause I didn’t dismantle the motor when I sent it off but when I got it back it was after I find where this bracket goes for the fuel lines I took the rest off from there and remember where it goes

Mmmmm yeah, looking at all the stuff stuck to it, I don't think it's actually off the engine. It's certainly not a plenum bracket like I thought.

Can you flip it over and take another photo of it?
