Should I take off the bottom timing belt cover to see if it got stuck there

Yes. The bolt could cause the timing belt to slip or it may also have broken the crank sensor or pickup.

Be thankful you didn't drop it down the intake

I grounded everything and i couldn’t take off my bottom timing belt cover to check if there was anything blocking it. I showed one of my friends a video of me starting it and they said it was my battery. I’m going to try jumpstarting the car and see if that helps with anything

Replace the battery
Taking the battery to get tested would be a good thing might have other problems then just the battery

Battery wasn’t the problem. Ended up selling the car to someone more mechanically inclined than me (not a high standard). I’ll pick up a vr4 in the future but for now I shall lurk in the shadows watching people make these beautiful cars stand out and give them the popularity they had in the 90s.
