Has anyone here installed a block heater in a VR-4 or RT/TT?

If so, how much work is involved? Where was it located?

Or do you use another type of heater?

Run a search for Andrew Caple and look at his web page - he uses a block heater and has info about them in his FAQ.

I specifically asked about those with a twin turbo... I've been to Andrew's site. I believe it makes no mention of installations for those who have TT's. Thanks for the tip.

So is there anyone with a block heater installed in a twin turbo?

p.s.- I'd like to install one, but after installation of one in a 89 Grand Prix yrs ago, and having to redesign the mounting bracket for the coil packs in order for it to fit.... well... there's a lot less room in the VR-4... I can't even shine of flashlight in the area I think it's gotta go.
