Emerald Green Pearl vs. Emerald Green??

Is there a big difference bet. the two colors. The fender I need, i was able to find an Emerald Green Pearl one, but my color is emerald green. Is that a noticable difference or maybe they just changed the name?
Someone please reply if they have seen the two side by side or similar
