up until now i thought only the vr-4 had the electronic suspension but recently found out that the sl has the electric suspension too, what exacttly does the electric suspension do and what are the differences between the sport and touring modes?

1st gen SL's have ECS i believe. I have a 1st gen, it has ECS..... works good too. It just softens/stiffens the suspension either automatically (when it senses you taking a reasonable curve, it'll get slightly stiffer automatically) or you can just push the button and put it on sport all the time, which is what i do... (unless i'm driving a long distance, then the smooth ride is best).

Mr. Mits you say your ECS works good...how do you know if it works bad because when i press mine i cant feel a huge difference at all but just a little when driving.

I don't have one so I don't know for sure...but I wouldn't think so.
