Took some pictures of my ECU pulling code 41 with crank no start. Again, still waiting on posting about the whole issue without researching as much as I can with this forum.

Any thoughts on this ECU? Caps look good to me. Overall I think the board looks clean but I still have cylinder 3 not spitting fuel.

What I can tell you is that those are the original capacitors, and not many 93’s are still running with the originals still in place. They do fail without ever leaking; it’s just obvious you have a problem when you see leaking electrolyte. When my tach quit working the two capacitors looked brand new, but when both where replaced tach started working again.

How did you determine #3 injector was not working? Do you know it’s not firing or just not spraying when it fires?

When capacitors age their internal resistance shoot up, and fail to do their job at filtering DC voltage. Those capacitors are original and very very old, and need replacing. Considering yourself lucky that it hasn't leaked and damaged the circuit board.
