Hey, I need some help configureing this thing.
I'm calling out Matt because he has a DSBC & lives in the same state as me, so same weather conditions.

Matt What gain would you run on 9b turbos? what ratio to [email protected] 1bar?

Thx to anyone else that has any ideas.

I tested mine in the 35-45 gain region, I thought it was doing good untill the high rpms cae up then it was a slug. I try'd 5-15 on the reduction.

For the first time i got to hear the BOV at it's loudest.
At first i thought i broke something again.

9b's will only hold about 7-9psi in higher RPM range...

Mine hold 10 to redline. But thats not the problem, i mean around 5k rpms it's sputterin & it's awful. I'm almost wondering if i'm getting spark blow out or bad spark or something. I know i have a good crimp on my wires.
It hauls ass to 5k then it takes forever to get to redline.
It keeps hitting the limmiter on the DSBC. all i hear is beep beep beep beep.

I think it's time for 720cc injectors, ARC II Kit & Data logger.
What doy ou think George?:D
Gain 13 - 16

The smaller the turbo the lower the gain. Even lower on a TT system

Where the hell was i getting 40 from?
LOL- I will try lower gain ASAP, maybe tomarrow.
What Ration of reduction should i try?
oppsss... hehe... yea.. what roger said... i had ur gain & ratio confused... that much gain will cause too much boost spike...

that sound like a spark blow out... check ur plugs first b4 investing on other mods (which IMO, is not neccessary yet for the 9B's..) gap them down to 0.032 range...

and why is it hittin the limiter when ur only boostin 10psi in that rpm range??
and ur GAIN might be causing that beep beep from the limiter... boost spike maybe... try to lower the GAIN and play with the Ratio...
13-16 gain?

mine is at like 5-6
ratio at 50-53

with this setting, I noticed less drop-off at WOT.
I am getting a big boost spike, The limmit is set at 1bar. & the reduction set to 10. Then i have setting 1 set to 35 or so. I peaked at 1.18 bar around 4k rpms

The 1,2,3,4 settings are for the gain or something else?

You only have 1 gain, it is the same for all 4 channels. I think my gain is set at 8. You can experiment between 5-15.

As you lower the gain, you will raise the ratio.

You should not be spiking at all! You need to lower your settings before you blow something up!

Try these settings:

Gain = 8
1 = 40
2 = 45
3 = 50
4 = 55

One of those should do the trick. You want your "spike" to go to 1.00 and then ride it out from there. The reason yours is dropping so fast is you high gain.

When we meet in person I will show you how to switch settings in the middle of a gear at WOT.
