I can tell you this...

I bought the car from a guy who wrecked it....he hit a wall doing 60+...I do not know what shape they are in but I thought u-joints are replaceable?...thats my ford truck days talking...I got a NA so I don't have driveshaft issues:( I wish I did ...believe me.


80 + shipping and you tell me how to check the u-joints out for you.

drive shafts

If you bend them over, from one side to the other, see if they click, or have any resistance at all. They should be smooth as silk.

Everyone i've talked too, in the Denver area, said the only way to "repair" them is to cut off the end of the shaft and weld on new yolks.
Let me know if it seems ok.

I hope you can wait till friday for this....too much going on for getting under the car today and yardbird tomorrow...i will let you know for sure on friday,...rain or shine
