If I supercharge my car, or any other kind of forced induction for that matter, does the MAS have to be right at the air filter or can I stick it somewhere inbetween the supercharger and the throttle body? Will it still work if its reading air thats already compressed? Where would the blow off valve be mounted, before or after the MAS? Are there advantages to mounting it differently?

Also, say I'm supercharging my car and I'm keeping my stock ECU. What would I need to controll everything? I'd get stock VR-4 injectors and fuel pump. What kind of A/F controller do I buy? Can I install it and tune it myself? What about knock sensors? etc.....
