Knowing @bboyalan, it probably stands for "used oil analysis".

Used Oil Analysis e.g. Blackstone - they analyze your used oil and tell you what's going on with it, if the engine seems healthy, if a specific material is found in it like copper that might give you cause to worry.

Ok thanks. I knew what Used Oil Analysis was, I just didn't understand the relevance to sealing a valve cover, thought is was some new cool slang.
