Ok guys its that time.

I need to know the bast way to remove the front cylinder head.
And can you tell me what tools I will need for the job. And any problems I may come up with.

It's been a long time, but here is what I can remember:

10, 12, 14, 17, 19mm wrenches and/or sockets
plyers
hammer
screwdrivers
10mm hex socket
torque wrench (when you reinstall it)

Are you doing the 60k service too? Now would be a fairly decent time since you have to remove the timing belt anyways.

Thanks man, I think I have all the bits :)

The 60k was done just before I got the car so I should be ok

Is there a how to guide to remove it?

You should have the factory manual with you when you do this. I believe there is a specific sequence you need to follow when tightening the cylinder head bolts. Sorry I don't remember what it is.
