Custom tweeter Install
Anyone here ever made custom holes for tweetes like on the door panel and next the the rear 6x9 speakers.
Im adding tweeters to my audio and would like to have 3 set of tweeters in total but would like to do it myself. So if anyone out there has done this can you give me some tips on the cutting and mounting of the tweeter hole i would really like yourhelp.

Fewer tweeters are advisable. In fact, no rear speakers are even necessary outside of a 5.1 system. A strong front stage is all you need. If you do prefer the ambience of speakers behind you, they should be midranges highpassed to filter out high frequencies, to prevent the soundstage from being dragged behind you. Unless you're at an old skool Pink Floyd quadrophonic concert, live sound emanates from in front of you. This is ideally recreated in car.
