You could go to your local Performance Shop and ask them to grind - down your Stock Flywheel to 12 lbs. Most of the ones that are sold are 9lbs if I am not mistaken. Such as the Buzzspeed one and the Fidanza one.
I almost forgot ~~~ The 12lbs will help your car not drop the RPMs so fast as the 9lbs will drop your RPMs. But you should just check at your local shop and make sure they can do it. It will be a hell of a lot cheaper than buying it for about $300 - $400 and than having them install it for more money.
Waitta minute, are you saying that these DSM flywheels work on our cars? I know that our transmissions (FWD) are almost the same, but what of this 6 or 7 option?(look at the website, go to drivetrain, and then to the bottom)
Well the DSM Lightened Flywheel is $390 and over $400 with shipping and handling. If you do not intend on getting your stock one shaved off you might as well get a Fidanza. Most people on the board highly recommend them.
