After reading several spark plug threads I decdided to swap out my old plugs for some coppers. Things were going fine and I was finishing putting things back together. I tightened down the right bolt on the throttle body. As I tightened the next bolt down it started to get a little hard to turn and then all of a sudden very easy. This was because the bolt snapped with part of it still in the plenum thread. What can I do? Can I drill out the piece of the bolt and then try to rethread the plenum? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to drill out the piece of the bolt and then try to rethread the plenum but you will most likly have to use a helicoil insert to repair the thread.

Do a search on the web on helicoil. Lots of information. You can usually get them at hardware stores or NAPA or Autozone stores.
