Does anyone know the exact relationship between peak boost and compression per cylinder at peak boost?

For example, if an engine has compression of 150psi/cylinder with no boost, how much psi compression does it have per cylinder at 15psi of boost? Does that raise it 15psi/cylinder? 15/6 psi/cylinder? Or someother amount? Does it take into account atmoshereic pressure (isn't that around 8?) so perhaps 15X8? Thanks

Bore 91.1mm(3.59in)
Stroke 76mm(2.99in)
I usually use 100% for VE for calcs but 85% is more realistic. A quick cylinder pressure calc is effective comp ratio(boosted)xVEx14.7
