I'll be interested to see what it goes for. I think it will get above $30k, if not, then close to it.

If it was a supra, it would have gone for over $100k, which totally blows my mind considering they are very comparable cars and even sold new for about the same price.

We're behind, no doubt. Why?? Perhaps because our cars sold 10:1, vs. the Toyota. Yes, that includes all trim levels, but still... And NO... that's not scientific, but it's reasonably representative. Even 25+ years later, 3S TTs are still surprisingly plentiful, compared to the Supra. Yes, a lot of them are abused and beat. But it's not to hard to find a good example. Ironically, that might imply that they're more sustainable and more supported. And let's not forget that, unlike the Supra, EVERY Stealth Turbo or 3000GT VR-4 is a manual transmission. If you're sitting on an especially nice one, give them a few more years They're not ever going to go down.

Red 99 VR-4 with 39k miles on BaT now.

Edit: And now already up to $35k with 6 days left :eek:
