i thought i had posted something on this, but i see i didn't.

i believe it was march 2006 when i received a refund for the needle glow kit & i was sent the gauges.

i also received a very long email from Shaun, basically saying that only ppl on 3si are complaining & causing him problems. i replied telling him that my emails sent to his company were never replied to, and that has nothing to do with 3si.

of course someone with poor business practices won't be happy when ppl have a means of discussing it & warning other buyers. unfortunately the FBI hasn't done anything to take down the website.

yeah that is pretty unfortunate.. i never saw this thread before i spent almost $400 on gauges and conversion kits and stuff.. im having the same problem not getting anything in the mail or contacting him.. i just sent the problem to paypal.. will that get me the refund? or was there something else you guys did?

I purchased his complete LED kit, paid through paypal. Never heard a word from him. Weeks went by, repeated emails asking for status, nothing. I finally filed a dispute with paypal, and he didn't bother responding. They ruled in my favor when the time ran out, and I got a full refund.

My thought was that he wasn't even monitoring the website or paypal account anymore.

You'll get your money back on the paypal dispute, provided the funds are still in it.
