Wouldn't it be easier and more efficient to just put a scoop on the hood over the intake (filter)? That way you would get the cool outside air to the filter without making the car suck through a longer tube for it??!!......

Yea...
But to my knowledge, no one has been able to do it without making the hood look crunked up...
