I figured since our old thread got erased I'd start a new one.
Great time last weekend guys. I really enjoyed meeting with you all again.

Josh-Thanx for working on my car,now I can put in my boost control, and not be slow.If I keep the car that Is. I gotta see if It would be cheaper to sell my car and buy another one or replace my cv joints,DS hangers,rotors and eventually my suspension that really lets you feel the contours of the road now.

If anyone has pictures developed yet please post them as soon as you can.

Southernguy-are you still going after that vr-4 with 70k on it? If not would you let me know where it is cause I'd like to go take a look at it.

Hey guys, I've got about 10 pics from my digicam that turned out ok. I'll try to upload them to my website later tonight - I'll let you all know in this thread when they are up. Nothing too exciting btw, but there were a couple of them that I really liked (hint: a$$shots)

Anyways, I had fun this weekend, and I hope we can get together again in a while - I definately need to gut my rear precat! Just ordered a set of Tein S-Techs from 3SX yesterday - now if I could only find a place to have them installed for a reasonable amount... A guy I know who works at a local Big10 Tires said he could do it for $260 plus tax, but I still think that's kinda high.

I e-mailed JaysVR-4 on the board who makes them for the TT, so hopefully I'll hear back from him soon. In any case I'd want to pay you for your time and help somehow - cash, food, beer, whatever (no sex please)

Hehehe... sorry about that! Just keep in mind how much faster your car will be with the short shifter tho!

Well guys, we finally got my supercharger installed and it all works great. One problem - the hood does close all the way . It latches, but doesn't close. I'm going to let the mechanic who is doing my tranny work figure out something to get me some more clearance for the SC unit. For now, my hood is secured with good old fashioned rope just in case something happened to the latch. Not a very sexy look to say the least. lol. The car is pretty quick, boosts to an instant 6 PSI as of right now. It still needs a lot of tuning, and the rain tonight didn't help. Plus, on the way home tonight my middle exhaust hanger came loose, so its beating on my undercarraige. Now I have to get up in the morning and fix that if it's not raining. Hopefully the roads will be dry soon so I can see what this bad boy can do. Sorry I couldn't make it to this meet, I am going to try my best to get to the next one.

Depends on where it is gonna be held. Also tnkopher1, you still want to trade the speakers for the exhaust, and the ashtray trade since you are putting a gauge in yours?? But a general question for anyone who can answer, im gonna be buyng a new clutch, any suggestions on brands? right now i just have a base model, but eventually im going to be doing a tt conversion, so i might need something more grippy than a stock one.

Strict9 - I've been wanting to meet you ever since I first heard WARdriver talking about you and your 99 VR-4. And then after Josh told me he met you, it made me want to even more. Always anxious to meet another 3Si member.

Perhaps we should have a Montgomery meet in March. The track is supposed to open back up on the first or second Friday of that month for Street Wars. Maybe we can get some times. Josh, you can race me to get some vengance

So how about we go to the Friday night street wars on the 12th or 16th of March? The track will be open, and it's free to get in and $10 for unlimited track runs. Great time to see what your car can do and tune it respectively. I need to make a couple of runs to see where this fat ATX pig stands with only $600 in performance mods.
