Selling my Stock Caracas Red 99 VR-4 for $80K OBO.
Clean title, no accidents, interior and exterior in beautiful condition, drives wonderfully.
Garaged and covered since I bought it.
Only issue is that the antenna doesn't work.
Detailed service records and documents are available.
Can provide additional pictures on request.
thanks for looking!

WOW! I thought I was crazy spending $25k on mine last summer... If these values keep skyrocketing like this, looks like I wasn't crazy after all!

Beautiful vehicle. GLWS and I hope you pull what you're asking for. Would set the bar for valuation in my mind.

Nice... I hope you get what you're asking... 70% profit in < 6mo.... crazy times.

On another note, when did they switch to that type of downpipe, assuming that's stock? That one doesn't look half bad in terms of exhaust flow.

IMHO, if you are flipping a car for a massive profit, the least you could do is fix the antenna, fix the oil leak that's lubricating and wrecking the A-arm bushings, replace the aftermarket down pile and get some original floor mats.

Otherwise, good luck with the flip

Didn't intend for this to be a quick flip, although it may seem like it.
If I had my way, I would keep this car but my wife says it's gotta go. 😭
Original floormats are in the trunk if anyone is wondering.
Thanks for the tips though, I'll try to address these issues before selling.

The "flip" comment comes from the giant hike in price not the time you have had it. Good luck with it and all but I don't see it happening. The oil leak is by far the biggest challenge. I can't see anybody dropping more than $15 without that being fixed properly - given the range of potential causes.

I don't see getting $80k out of this, more than likely $50-55k. However, I hope you do get $80k as that would be great for the rest of us. I picked up my 97 on BaT, too, luckily my wife loves going out in it on date nights when we can actually get a break from the kids.

Or maybe the high price tag is so that you can hold onto it while telling your wife "I am trying to sell it, but aren't getting any bites. I guess I will just have to drive it in the meantime." I see what you're doing there. 😏

Ah yeah I get it - I'm basing the price on the most recent 99s I've seen sold.
Saw one with ~80k miles go for $60k and the ~160 mile one for $100k so I just put mine in the middle of the range.
Let the market decide where it falls, hence the OBO.
I'll definitely look into the oil leak though - don't see any oil spots on my garage but I'll get it looked at when I have some time.
