99 GTO owner that thinks he’s got it all! But his is full of it!

I picked up my little bro earlier today and he tells me that he saw a Red 99 GTO on Saturday in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. “To this day I have yet to see one”

He got to talking to the guy and this is what the guy said……..

He recently came into lots of money so he went out and got himself a 99 GTO Twin Turbo.. and with the left over money he modded the engine… “Now this is the fun part”
He said that it has 3 turbos in it and has been modded to be 10 times faster then a stock GTO Twin Turbo!! “Stand back!”

He started going on talking about all the things he has had done to it and that he is unbeatable on the road!

All this time my bro is looking around the car and he notes that there is no twin turbo on the side bits by the window.

Then the guy was asked to pops the bonnet open………

And what did he see?? Not a all mighty twin turbo v6 but a 160 HP SOHC engine! No turbos, not even a K&N.

My little bro almost laughed.

Then my little bro told him about my car, and that I go to the M,K cruise every week, hopefully this guy will come to the cruise and I can show him what twin turbo is all about.

One questen….. what was he thinking??

I have a quad-turbo chevy blazer that is 15x faster than any VR4. No, you can't see under the hood.... no I'm not gonna race you. Yeah you can run 4 turbos with the stock exhaust... sheesh you people are nosey.

The thing is if he's telling everyone that he fully modded and has 3 turbos and then gets beat by one of the slow UK cars it looks bad for the real turbos.

I really don't see why someone would lie about there engine and then show his engine..

hahahaah yer she does! Can’t take her anywhere

I should have her fixed by the weekend,,, well hopefully tomorrow

and i'll make sure she has fuel

Now I Just have to find a thermostat in the UK. Should be fun

Can't help you there.

I just need some petrol in my car as i'm running on the red line and it doesn't sound to good (hope it's still ok for sunday), ant ideas on where we should go?
