99 front end conversion

Just wondering how much, what parts and where i can get a 99 front end conversion for a 98 gt.

from what i hear its about 4,500$ for it all paint includ

How about for a 93 to 99...............yes I know this has been talked to death and no I didn't do a quick search of earlier posts.
