Are there any lowering springs that I can get for my car? All the ones I seem to find online are for the ECS suspension.

I have read about the KYB struts to convert to non-ECS, but would those fit on my car? "KYB 335013 GR-2" are specifically the ones that I read about on another post.

I want to get new 18" wheels and have my tires and sizes and everything all sorted and picked out for what I want, but since I have 16" wheels atm, the 18's will raise the height of my car a bit, and I would really love to use some lowering springs to fix that.

These are the rims and tires I am getting here(they will fit on stock suspension too):

I have seen other threads mentioning that with the lowering springs, I may need some kind of rear camber adjustment or something? I will also be getting new rubber strut mounts if I am able to get some new struts to use some lowering springs on.

Basically, can I get some normal OE/OEM struts, either KYB or from the 3sx website for stock ones, and use lowering springs on my car? I am unsure what my options are here, if I have any. Not a whole lot of info out there for customization on the base(sohc) models 97 and after.

Edit: Put tires up.

What tire size were you planning on running for the 18s?

Assuming you are running stock tire size for the 16" wheels, running 245/40/R18 tires would more or less give you the same height.

There are some cheap no name coilovers on eBay as Marauder suggested, or pay a bit more for some Megan racing ones for entry level coilovers.

From my understanding Springs will not lower the car very much on the SOHC cars.

I went with cheap ebay coilovers on my 99 SOHC.

The ride is pretty rough but I got the ride height I wanted.
Well I am trying to stay away from coilovers. I live in Colorado and the roads can be rough sometimes.

I just put the link up for the tires I am getting, much smaller than what I currently have on. Vercelli Strada II 215/35ZR18 | AOTVC290 | Fitment Industries
I'm trying to go for a flush look, the wheels and tires with the current offset and size will look nice and flush with the fender, but I am sure I will need to lower the car to get it to look how I want to. Like I said up there, I want to stay away from coil overs because of the rough roads up here. If they are the only way, I will get them, but I'd much prefer getting the smoothest ride I can(stock or aftermarket struts with lowering springs).
