Hey guys! Long time no see!

I recently recalled that I had about ~$100 sitting in my PayPal account that was collected for the 9-Second FWD Grand Prize. Has anyone run 9 seconds in an FWD 3/S yet?

I have also just learned that Chris Hill passed away last October. May he rest in peace. He was the closest at the time that this fund was established.

It is funny, it is only $100. But I do not want to sit on it. If nobody can claim it, I would like to give it to one of Chris Hill's favorite charities:

Phillip, I think it would be a very classy move to pay it forward to any of Chris's charities....
I met you years ago at one of JeffW's backyard picnic's (if memory serves), and you were a standup individual.....

Bob.

Hey Bob! Glad to hear from you. Yes, it was at one of many Jeff's backyard gatherings, plus at a few NG's. Good old times!

Okay, I am going to send:
$200 to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
$100 to Foster Paws Rescue,
$100 to No Kill South Carolina

If anyone gets into the 9's in a FWD 3/S, let me know, and I will resurrect the 9-Second FWD Grand Prize Fund and pay them $91.26 times 4!

Way to pay it forward. I'm certain Chris is appreciative of that.

WOW! That a beautiful car! Thank you for the picture, Bill!

This reminds me... Are there still any popular gatherings that are favored by 3/S owners? Preferably with autocross or road course events?

What are the specs on those wheels?
The rims are 18x11.5" with approximately zero offset. They used to be 18x12", but that was a bit too wide for the front times that I wanted to use.

The tires I've used are 305 - 335 mm wide. The latest I have are Nitro NT01 315/30ZR18.
