I had one from my 92TT (had the wheel too), I also put in a 2G wheel and bag.
After doing a little research, it appeared that shipping the bag may be problematic, so I ended up pitching them both.....

E-bay sells and ships airbags every day. USPS does not want to ship them, but UPS, FedEx, and others will. The bags are benign unless hit with 12 volts, so not really problematic.

Tried to list it on eBay only to find out that only "approved sellers" are allowed to list airbags for sale, and that the "approved seller" application process has been frozen.

So, if you aren't already allowed to sell airbags on eBay, you won't be allowed to do so until further notice.
