The intercoolers and ducting are very specific to the 99' bumper.
The 99' intercoolers have different style clips attached to the intercooler for the special plastic air ducts designed for the 99' bumper larger openings.
The passenger side intercooler also has a different style hard piping. Mitsubishi changed the design of the passenger side intercooler 98-99 models.
Long story short
, no a 92 will not work but thank you.
