What's wrong with it and why are you selling it? $4K is pretty cheep for a VR4.

The Diff and Transfer case were rebuilt two years ago.
New structs 3 years ago.
Clean title, no salvage.
I am the fourth owner and new the last owner for a few years.

I dont have the wheels, they would not come clean
so I put these on it, these are Roush wheels.

I have had dozens of offers but the first one with
the cash takes it.

I am moving this week and
will be driving 3 miles on dirt roads and this car
wont last long. I will
be getting w new Suburban soon
so this must go.

PM's

To all that have sent me PM's.

I understand that you have concerns about a car and have all
been burned in the past. I have been wheeling and dealing
cars for the last 30 years.

No car is perfect, my last Viper only lasted
10,000 miles before the tranny went out.

I have had 4 GT cars. Every time I have had a problem
with them I got my hands dirty and fixed it.

If you are thiniking of buying a GT car and dont do your won work,
DONT.

These cars will nickle and dime you to death of you
take them in for repair. What happens if your at the track
and need to change a tranny, kinda odd to
stop the race and send the car out, you just
put another tranny in and continue racing.

Facts:
The car is Fast.
It is realiable.
It is a daily driver of 200 Miles per day.
It WILL need work at some point, All the GT cars WILL.
The hardare you drive it, the more it will need.

The car is priced with this in mind. It is not an $ 12K or $8K car
but $4K, thus you would expect the seats to be worn a little
and need a good wax job.

If you are interested, please feel free to drive with me
for a quick test run of 200 miles. I do this daily.

The title is spotless (Yes in my name),
this is not a salvage and it was just
registered last august.

i guess i am the pm'er.

yes i am very familiar with these cars and how they require lots of maintenence but i do not want to go out there and find out that the car does not run and that the title is not in your name as happened to me the last time i tried to buy a car at this price. i am not implieing by any stretch of the imagination that this is the case, i just do not want to go through that again. if the car does not have a ton of problems and it will make it to colorado with the engine in good enough shape so that i can sell it and put mine in then i am very interested. if you are interested in my most recent experience and why i am so cautious now check out:

http://www.3si.org/portal/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=113718

hopefully this is not the case with your car (i never ment to imply that it was). but i want to be careful. just to make sure, the title is in your name and you have valid ID to proove your identity right? not to sound disrespectful or anything, this seems like a basic matter when selling a car but it was a problem for me before so i need to confirm things like this this time around. can you drive the car right now? i.e. is it registered, current, insured, and whatever else? this is so you can drive it to a mechanic so i can get an inspection done on it. any rust? how is the body? paint? how new are the timing belt and water pump? do you have any milage estimate on them? sorry for being a pain but i think you will understand if you read what i wrote in that link.
