I am fairly certain that no 15 inch rim will fit a second Gen VR-4. Hell, I put 16s on mine, and I have 1st Gen Brakes. That barely cleared.

I think the Minimum for a Second Gen is 17 inch

I have a set of 4 15" rims with Nitto 450s on them. The tires are 225/50/15s, V rated, and have probably 80% of the tread left on them. They are excellent wheels with no real damage to them. I got a deal on some SL 16" wheels, and had to leave the 15"s in the yard. I will part with them for $300+ shipping. I think it is a deal considering that I spent $450 on the tires and they are in excellent condition. Anyway, if you're interested just email me.

17" is the smallest you are going to get on there, and even some of those aren't going to clear the calipers. Unless you downgrade your brakes (not recommended) you are not going to get even 16"s on there. I put 16" 97 3000GT base wheels on my VR-4 temporarily and they barely cleared. There's no way you'll fit 15"s on a 94+ TT, trust me.
