History
I purchased this car from a man in Oak Harbor Washington. It had 140,000 on it then (I've since put on another 20k). When he showed it to me, it didn't run, was covered in all kinds of pollen and dirt, and hadn't been turned on in 6 months. I bought it from him for $1400, popped a new starter in the next day, and sure enough, I had a running car.

I lived in this vehicle for a year and a half. It is my closest companion. Over the course of living in my Roofless Church (*end note will explain this), the car has endured a lot of wear and I am now trying to bring it back up to par. I intend to replace the interior piece by piece, relay the electrical wirings (they are plagued with a serious case of jank-ass syndrom), install a turbo, and replace the roof*.

*I call it Phillip Johnson (creator of the Roofless Church in New Harmony, Indiana), because two months into ownership I hit a little rock on a weird boony-road on Whidbey Island, breaking the latches to my moonroof; the next day, I was driving down the high way with the windows up, and after a quick acceleration, heard a very loud "SSSSSSHHHHHWWOOOOOOOP!!!" That was the day my car become my Roofless Church. I have since patched the roof with Cardboard, duct-tape, and some QVC Flex Seal (kind of works). My make-shift roof keeps the rain out.
