My vr4 was free. They guy who gave it to me spun a rod bearing and didn't want to put any more money into it, so I got it. It took about $8k to get it back on the road however -- beware of free cars!

boost controller, down pipe, hard pipe kit for the turbos, ac converted to 134a, lots of powder coating and stainless steal fasteners -- no rust, ever!
Interior
Re-skinned the seats, A-pillar gauges (boost and air/fuel), boost controller in the console.
Exterior
None -- looks bone stock!
Audio
stock radio but new speakers and a bazooka tube
Suspension
lowering springs, painted calipers, all wheel steering delete
