History
I've been looking for a VR-4 for about a year. When this blue one came up for sale, my step-dad brought it to my attention 'cause he thought it would be the perfect starter 3S. It already had mods that I wanted and it was within my budget, so he went and picked it up from out of state on Memorial Day weekend.
It is originally from Texas, so it is rust free which is rare in the Buckeye state.

Modifications

Drivetrain
Wiseco pistons on Eagle rods swinging from a forged crankshift are capped off with a set of stage II ported and polished heads. A hotwired 255 Walbro pump sits in the tank and supplies fuel to a set of TD05 16G turbos. GodSpeed aluminum radiator cools the engine while a Universal slim 12" X2 PPE FMIC cools the intake charge from the turbos. Some of the other mods are a 3SX Custom UnderDrive Crank Pulley, RC 550cc Fuel Injectors, MP Solid Motor Mounts and an RPS Max Series 6-Puck Clutch.
Interior
Aftermarket racing seats replace the worn leather fronts and the original leather rear seats are still intact. Short throw shifter with evo shift knob. The instrument cluster is outfitted with white face gauges.
Exterior
Fiji Blue is the original color and it has been resprayed to a blue that is just a shade or two lighter. Second gen conversion with a Novara front bumper & Novara sideskirts along with a second gen rear bumper with a Bomex extension. A Pit Road M style carbon hood up front and the spoiler delete option in the back.
