I live in Finland and ordered new headlights for my car.
Seller doesnt reply my mails anymore and apparently he didnt ship out. SELLER IS: sanrob1 aka Robert Bodzon.
I was too late to realize that I got screwed. Now after 90 days I cant open the case anymore.Desperately looking for help.
Maybe someone know this guy he seems to have many parts for sale for 3s cars. Sanrob1 aka Robert Bodzon http://myworld.ebay.com/sanrob1/
well just for kicks we called this guy and he went on and on about how he sent the lights outs......they went through the mail.........so even if he had the reciept from the Post office, i don't think there would be a tracking number... i know that UPS and fed ex have great tracking numbers, but the PO, not so much......... i'd say call him again and hear it for yourself.......he sounded legit to me??? but who knows...........
When you ship international with USPS, there is a tracking number, it is on the customs form. I know because I shipped plenty of packages via USPS. I would ask for a receipt/copy of the customs forms, so you can file a missing package claim with USPS.

I ship all the time also via USPS International Priority Mail and that tracking number is useless. All it tells is it was delivered to the post office. AND it can take anywhere from 10-14 days and this includes all the way to Australia also. Only once I had an issue where it take almost a month, think it was to Sweden. Sometime customs will hold it as there's a duty to pay sometimes. I'd go check at your local post office. Hope it all works out for you.
At least if the buyer has some kind of tracking number, it proves the item was at least shipped or brought to the post office ( in the mailing system). But in this case, the buyer only has the seller's "word" that he shipped the item.
It's been 3 months, so he should have gotten the headlights by now.
