Hello 3s members! This will be my thread dedicated to my NA. I have plans to finish my NA 3000gt before I end up purchasing another car. As time passes I know we are less of us out there, yet mine will remain on the road for as long as I can drive it. I have done some restoration on the car, with the help of my dad.
I'm currently waiting to order some pulleys from 3sx, since the labor won't come cheap. Additionally, I need to fix my 5th gear since it slips.
Aiming for an OEM clean look, as Eve is a daily driver.
-Twin turbo Plenum.
-K&N Drop in, OEM box with injen intake arm.
-Magnaflow high flow cat, magnaflow muffler 2.5.
-3sx Short throw Shifter.
-Innovative aftermarket motor mounts.
-3sx high-tension valve springs and titanium retainers, 3rd gen hydraulic big bore 3sx lifters. (mod added after dyno, might have gone from 168 to 172)
-Ceramic brake pads, 3sx blue braided brake lines.
-Vision 17 inch wheels.
-3sx lightweight crank pulley(oem size).
-Greedy cooler cap.
-NGK spark plugs and wires.
Parts owned but yet to put on
-Momo steering wheel.
-Stage +2 BC camshafts.
-3sx Kooks exhaust with high flow cat. 3sx downpipe.
-Stage 1 clutch w/lightweight flywheel.
-BF Goodrich Tires w/new set of wheels from Discount Tire.
-3sx high compression pistons.
-3sx Lightweight cam gears.
Cosmetic upgrades will be added at the end of my build. Just like placing a cherry on a finished cake.
She will stay white. The last time I attended a gathering she was pushing 168 hp without the lifters, retainers, and valves. I love this machine, I cannot leave her undone. Must finish her.
