Default Which timing mark do I use?

Please see my pic.
Look where the timing mark is.
The service manual says to line the pin up when the timing mark on the oil pump. Look how far away the timing dot is away from the pin. Iíve dont a few of these and I never saw this.
What mark should I use please?

use the one on the cog not the pin that aligns the harmonic balancer

I have no idea what that dot is. Look for an indentation in the backing plate of the timing gear. It’ll be around that pin.
