Default Rebuilding 4 Bolt engine - NA Heads

Have a spare engine its a 93 4 bolt, heads are done and pistons are probably junk, jumped time or some foreign object got into the cam gears / crank pulley.

I have a perfect clean and ready to install set of NA heads, same 93+ style, it's a bad idea to swap those?
I know the castings are different (also exhaust cams) and there are some flow charts that show that TT heads flow better, but in practice, would that make the car run bad or I will notice the difference? engine will be paired with 15gs and not a lot of boost (pump gas).

Cool, will use those, what you think about the cams, I got the TT set with longer duration exhaust and the shorter exhaust NA set, read some mixed opinions about it, that less overlap on the exhaust cams can actually help or is not noticeable and better to just leave it alone as the original setup expects..? lol
